For me, and most of the Midwesterners that I know, sweaters are an important staple of the Fall and Winter seasons. Maybe even the most important. I've been building up the sweater section of my closet for years (literally since high school). But, I've just recently gotten on the sweater dress train. More often than not a sweater dress is bulky and unflattering, so bluntly i've always avoided them. But, with the right cut and a cute belt, they give you so much shape.

From dinner out to the office, it's quickly become of the most versatile pieces in my Fall and Winter wardrobe.
