The Simply J & K Holiday Gift Guide
This isn't just a gift guide - this is THE gift guide. Every year, i've broken my guides out into multiple posts but, this year I decided to put them all in one very long, very helpful guide for ease of shopping. But, that's not the only thing that's changing. What else is new?
About the Guide
This year, you'll notice my gift guides are a bit more specific to the Simply J and K reader. Plants, Homebody Outfits, Boho Decor and Trends, Beards (hey, J) and more. I wanted these gift guides to reflect all that you typically find on my website, because those are the things I know, own and can truly recommend. Secondly, I really wanted to make a round up of truly unique guides complete with topics and personas you won't see on every other website.
That's why I am THRILLED to share these guides with you, and I really hope that they help you find a special something for everyone on your list. All of the items below are clickable as you tap through the post, and i've included them in a large shoppable round up at the bottom of the post as well. Enjoy! XX
The Plant Lady Top Three
Unless you're brand new around here, you know I love my plants. My Instagram Feed is surely proof of that. Here are the three items I love most from the guide above:
Gold Watering Can: Our watering can is not only functional, but stylish too. I love setting it out near my plants as a statement accent piece..
Cacti Prints: Have a friend who loves prints, but can't care for them? Opt for these prints instead. It's a great way to bring greenery into the home without the stress of care.
Urban Jungle Book:Coffee table books are a big deal around here and this one is a MUST for any plant lover.
The Homebody Top Three
Sherpa: Yes, this is the sherpa that everyone owns. But, there's good reason for it. It's incredible comfortable and a great gift for a friend or family member on your list.
Vitruvi Diffuser: Aesthetically pleasing and oils blend perfectly with a Vitruvi stone diffuser. I paired it with the essential oil pack for a great intro to oils gift!
Milk Frother: Making lattes at home is all the rage, and this milk frother takes it a step further. Treat your homebody friend to the perfect frother so they never have to leave the house.
The Cold One Top Three
Backstory here is this: I am always cold. Inside, outside - you name it, i'm cold. So, i've rounded up a few of the items that make living life like a vampire a little bit easier.
Sorel Out N About Boots: These are new to my closet, and i've literally worn them everyday that i've owned them (two weeks). They feel like a tennis shoe, but keep me as warm as a boot. Great for travel too!
Beanie: I own this beanie in the tan color and just purchased the white and black too, it's durable, warm and fits really well!
Wool Socks: Not the sexiest gift, but your partner or friends' feet will surely thank you! They look great with boots too!
The Boho-Holic Top Three
This year i've gotten really into adding boho accents to our home, so it seemed only fitting to do a quick gift round up of my favorite boho pieces for the home and for you!
Rainbow Blocks: I LOVE these stackable rainbow blocks to style on a shelf or cabinet. Such a fun trend and I love this new spin on it.
Teddy Jacket: Teddy and sherpa scream boho to me, so I love this jacket for taking your boho vibe out of the house!
Crosley: This turntable has been on my list year after year, because it's technology that doubles as decor. I love this wooden twist on a classic!
The Hostess Top Three
Platters and Boards: I LOVE this coffee table book, and think it's a great gift to bring as a small thank you for hosting. I get tons of inspiration from mine too!
Wine Cooler: This wine canister comes in a ton of colors and looks great too! It's a bit pricier for a hostess gift, but i'm thinking of picking one up for my parents who throw parties all the time.
Spatula and Cookie Cutter: This one was too cute not to share, It's the perfect under $15 gift to bring to a friend who loves to entertain.
The Guy Who Has it All Top Three
J has everything. Or, at least everything he needs. So I have the hardest time shopping for him, but I sought out his advice and put together a list of cool, but not necessary items for those of you whose husbands are the same.
Ember Mug: J just told me about this mug that keeps your coffee or tea the temperature you want it, which to me is brilliant. Definitely adding this one to the nice to have pile.
Nomatic Gear: J has loved Nomatic for a while now. It's a company that makes smart bags with tons of storage.
Sorel Boots: J got a new pair of boots for Canada just like me, and loves how comfortable these are! Highly recommend if you're heading to cold weather.
The Beard Lover Top Three
The Best Beard Oil:J loves and swears by this, and demanded it make the top three list so here we are lol.
Wood Beard Comb: I got J one of these when he first grew out his beard and he LOVES it for keeping it smooth. Highly recommend. (well, he does.)
Art of the Beard Book: I mean how can this book not make the top three? I think it would be awesome in a man cave or basement.
