Our Home Journey + A Look At What We've Bought So Far
I have some V. exciting news to share, Jordon and I are moving! If you've been following along with me on Instagram, you've likely seen the build updates, but it's kept J and I so busy that I've hardly never found time to blog.
Truth be told, we had no desire to move right up until the moment we bought. We've loved our first home, because it's given me my love of home design, us some of the best neighbors ever, and it's been the place we've both lived longest ever since we were kids. We LOVE it here. But, an opportunity came up and truthfully, it couldn't have been more "right".
So, I'm THRILLED to share that we're currently in the final few weeks of a new home build just north of our current house, and our move in date is FAST approaching. While I've got the decor on lock, I am sure there will be PLENTY of funny stories to come about us learning to be single family homeowners (is it wrong that owning a lawn scares me so much...).
But, I am so excited to finally be able to share some of the decor, furniture, and lighting pieces that we've been picking out, especially because the theme of our new place is SO entirely different from our current townhome.
Or inspiration for the new home is a natural, organic, and even elemental style that uses almost exclusively neutrals. So, say GOODBYE to the days of blush and grey my friends!
